How Fulfilment Works
Platform Integration
Our system integrates with many popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, allowing orders to flow automatically into the warehouse for fast and accurate fulfilment.For businesses operating without an e-commerce platform, orders can be submitted through the customer portal via manual order entry or by uploading orders using a CSV file.


Receiving
We receive products at our warehouse and check each delivery against the information provided. Inventory is counted and recorded in our system so stock levels are accurate from day one. Any shortages or damages are reported during the receiving process.
Products are then separated into sellable stock and quarantine stock where required. Items awaiting inspection, rework, or clarification are held in quarantine until instructions are provided, ensuring only approved products are made available for fulfilment.
Storage & Warehousing
Once items are received and verified, they are stored in designated warehouse locations such as pallet racking, shelving units, or bin locations depending on product size, turnover rate, and handling requirements.Clear labelling, an organised warehouse layout, and our warehouse management system (WMS) ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and that stock levels and locations remain visible in real time.


Picking & Packing
Once an order is received, items are picked from their storage locations based on the order details in our system. Each product is carefully selected and verified to ensure accuracy.The items are then packed using appropriate packaging materials to protect the products during transit. Orders are labeled, prepared according to shipping requirements, and made ready for dispatch, with careful attention given to product protection and presentation.
Shipping
The final stage of the order fulfilment process, where packed orders are dispatched to customers. We work with multiple courier partners, allowing shipping services to be selected based on factors such as destination, parcel value, delivery speed, and service type.Shipping labels are generated through our system and tracking information is recorded for full visibility. Orders are then sorted by courier and prepared in the outbound area for scheduled collection and delivery to customers.


Returns Management
Returns management covers the handling of products that customers send back due to issues such as damage, incorrect items, or general returns. Returned items are received at the warehouse and inspected to assess their condition.
Depending on the outcome, products may be returned to sellable stock, placed in quarantine, or sent for rework. This may include repacking, relabeling, or minor repairs where appropriate. Inventory records are updated accordingly to maintain accurate stock levels.
